Return & Exchange
What We Accept
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for the following reasons:
- Item received is defective or damaged (from our side), with tags still attached
- Item received is mistakenly delivered (wrong item sent)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, or exchange of design and colour.
Timeframe
Return & Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Unworn
- Tags still attached
- Accompanied by official receipt
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same item, same colour, and same size
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly not allowed. All approved cases will be processed as exchange only.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Items purchased with a discount or promo code
- Pre-order items
Please check your size, colour and design carefully before purchasing. We are unable to process exchanges for the wrong selection.
