Shipping Policy

Ship using Pos Laju only for domestic and for international depends on courier price (lowest)

During Normal Day, it is in our best practice that we post our orders every single day.

During Peak Season, we will post your order by batch following number of order. 

If you complete your order after 10AM, your parcel will be shipped on the next postage day.

It is beyond our control if the courier having late shipment for your order. We appreciate you kind understanding and patience on this.

Tracking number will be provided through email or sms from 68886 once we have shipped out your order.

If you have not received your order shipping details, please contact our admin at +60183273274 for further inquiries. 

For domestic order, we are using PosLaju as our main courier. Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

Semenanjung - Fees from RM10

West Malaysia – Fees Sabah & Sarawak, Labuan – Start from RM 17

**Please take note that postage fee might differ according to the weight of the product.

International Delivery
We charge based on standard International postage fees. We will choose the lowest courier price available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For Normal Day - Yes can
For Peak Season - We do not accept


For Normal Day
We do accept return and exchange of design, color and size provided that the items are returned within 3 days after items are received. Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

For Peak Season
We DO NOT accept any return and exchange of design, color and size. However, for exchange defect is accepted under these following conditions:

MAJOR DEFECT such as torn, burnt marks etc ARE ALLOWED for exchange. BUT, as stated under our terms & conditions it is valid only within 3 days after customers receive the product. 

MINOR DEFECT such as hatched thread, uneven side seam etc are NOT ALLOWED for exchange as it is rather normal for a standard songket making process. 

Refunds are NOT ALLOWED during both Normal Day & Peak Season throughout the year. Every payment made is considered final. 


You may choose your own courier service to ship back to us. Please take note that shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. Processing date will be based on tracking record for both local and international orders. 

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition will be accepted for returns’ request provided that the items are returned within 3 days after items are received. 

Customers are advised to notify us at +60183273274 by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons or promotional period are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
