Shipping Policy

Ship using NinjaVan only for domestic and for international depends on courier price (lowest)

However, We reserve the right to issue a refund to the customer, regardless of whether the item is sold out or not.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).

Processing time is 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Kindly expect possible shipping delays of up to 7 days during peak season due to increased order volume.


DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TRACKING

A tracking number will be automatically sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 days, kindly contact your seller (Customer Service) for assistance.

All website orders are delivered via Ninja Van.

It is beyond our control if the courier having late shipment for your order. We appreciate you kind understanding and patience on this.

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.

International Delivery
We charge based on standard International postage fees. We will choose the lowest courier price available.

We do not bear custom fees for shipping during delivery

For domestic order, we are using NinjaVan as our main courier. Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

Semenanjung - Fees from RM8

West Malaysia – Fees Sabah & Sarawak, Labuan – Start from RM 18

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For Normal Day - Yes can
For Peak Season - We do not accept

Refunds are NOT ALLOWED during both Normal Day & Peak Season throughout the year. Every payment made is considered final.


You may choose your own courier service to ship back to us. Please take note that shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. Processing date will be based on tracking record for both local and international orders. 

Items that are unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition will be accepted for returns’ request provided that the items are returned within 3 days after items are received. 

Customers are advised to notify us at +60183273274 by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons or promotional period are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
